The Foundation of Decision Making

No matter where you are in your personal life or career, what industry you are in, or where you are in your organization, you want to perform well. At the center of high-performance is good decision-making. Whether the decisions are considered small or large decisions or whether they will impact one or thousands, making better decisions starts with understanding your Emotional Intelligence or Emotional Quotient.

What is the TTI Emotional Quotient Report (EQ)?

TTI EQ measures a person's ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate high levels of collaboration and productivity. TTI EQ can improve TTI EQ Assessmentthe coaching and development process by giving superior performers the opportunity to truly understand themselves so that they can make educated, sound decisions with their head, instead of just their heart.

For a limited time, participants can take a complimentary fifteen minute TTI Emotional Quotient assessment. Once completed, the online questionnaire is immediately analyzed to produce a report with detailed information about an individual's EQ score. The higher the score, the higher the level of EQ.
The assessments covers:

  1. Self-Awareness - the ability to recognize and understand your moods, emotions and drives, as well as their effect on others.
  2. Self-Regulation - the ability to control or re-direct disruptive impulses and moods and the propensity to suspend judgment and think before acting.
  3. Motivation - a passion to work for reasons that go beyond money and status and a propensity to pursue goals with energy and persistence.
  4. Social Skills - a proficiency in managing relationships and building networks.
  5. Empathy - the ability to understand the emotional makeup of other people.

Will assessments label me or put me in a "box"?

Out of the context of a coaching relationship with someone trained to interpret and work with assessment results, there is a possibility that the results of some assessment reports can tend to pigeon-hole people. However, when the results are debriefed and reviewed with a competent, certified consultant or coach, in the context of agreed upon development goals, the perspective on the assessment results is one of expanding strengths.

Expectations:

As you consider using our complimentaryonline EQ assessment, bear in mind that we will work with you to select the tools that best meet your unique requirements. Further, the reports are not the end. We will debrief the reports with you, pointing out areas not covered in the written document and discussing them in terms of how they relate to your "real world" environment.
