“We hired Whit Mitchell of Working InSync for the specific purpose of increasing our sales at the New England Boat Show in Boston MA. By learning and using the DISC Language workshop we saw an increase of over $400,000 from two single event boat shows based on the previous years’ sales…DISC Training has helped us work better together as a sales team increasing profitability in some very tough economic times. Our specific ROI: $700,000 in unit sales before we worked together and an increase to $1,200,000 a year later after the workshop….at two different events!!!… I consider Whit Mitchell to be one of the most talented coaches and business trainers that I have experienced... In a very challenging world, his integrity stands tall in a sea of sameness.” Pete MacCallum, MacCallum's Boathouse, Inc.

"The larger we have grown, the more waste and rework we do. I know this is costing our bottom line and I keep attacking the problem. In spite of my best efforts, the problems keep popping up like a game of ‘whack a mole’."Sales Manufacturing (Precision Mfg Firm)
"I documented savings of over $400,000 in the first year after the training we received from Working InSync. Our profit rose 8.5% and our staff is excited about finding more ways to improve quality and save money at the same time."
