Leadership Coaching Program
for Executives and Managers
Objective:
To work with you on four critical areas of your work life:
1. Discovery- to create an understanding and take an
inventory of where you are in your leadership development at this moment.
Identify your personal values, behaviors and competencies.
2. Vision- to create a clear picture of what the goal
really is and how to create a work life that really matters focused
on leadership behaviors.
3. Game Plan- once we know where we are and where we
want to go then we will zero in on creating a plan with specific strategies.
4. Benchmarks- we will set up appropriate benchmarks
so when you get off track you have some accountability measures to keep
you focused and get you back on track.
How:
Through a series of 60-minute conferences every ten days (in person
or teleconference) and ongoing resource support over a period of approximately
four months. I will take you through the process and provide you with
materials and assignments that you need to complete during our work
together. (unlimited, phone, fax and online support)

Start:
I will forward pre-planning materials and then conferences can be booked.
Pre-planning materials must be completed and returned before our first
conference. This ensures our productivity from the start.
