Whit has been coaching athletes, managers and leaders for over 20 years and is dedicated to helping his clients make substantial change to create a richer environment for them to work and live within. He feels it is critical to the success and survival of all leaders today to have fine-tuned their “Human Capital” skills in working with their teams.

This high energy presentation will focus on three crucial areas for success:

Whit will engage the audience to help people increase their knowledge about their own leadership style. His own personal stories dealing as a rowing coach and now as a management coach will only help to heighten his insights in his own coaching career working with managers. Whit is a certified professional behavioral and values analyst. He works one-on-one with managers, conducts seminars and facilitates team development workshops around the country focused on communication and leadership issues.
