Team Building
Adventure Learning is exhilarating, demanding, intense, enjoyable and
insightful. Adventure teaches the basics of communication, cooperation
and trust within an environment of fun. Through the introduction of
intriguing team building activities, initiatives and challenges we will
create the opportunity for people to work together, to trust each other
in ways they never thought possible. We don't provide the answers. It
is just the opportunity for success, which makes for a truly memorable
experience.
A
Handful of Team Adventure Benefits:
People skills: Adventure learners work as a team. In doing so they'll
actually learn how to really talk and really listen to each other. A
great way to bring a team of people, who don’t know each other
well, to discover common needs and focus on common goals and outcomes
for their business.
Business
Community Skills: When you work side by side with people, sharing
ideas and physical challenges, a sense of corporate community will inevitably
develop.
Sense
of Competence: Everyone contributes because everyone is competent.
Everyone is respected. There are no right or wrong answers.
Challenge:
You'll listen and learn to support one another as you are challenged
by the adventure team building games and initiatives. The activities
will highlight the learning’s about team and individual behaviors
discovered by the “Dynamic Communication” Seminar.
Fun
and the Importance of Laughter: Solutions sometimes come disguised
as fun. And laughter is usually the elusive ingredient that can bring
people together.
